At Rit Dye, we want you to be completely satisfied with your color results; if your order is damaged or incorrect, you can return unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that used or opened dye bottles cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from our online store within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our designated returns center.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus shipping costs.
